📄 Terms & Conditions – A1 Pressure Washing & Parking Lot Striping

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services. By scheduling with us, you agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

We provide pressure washing, roof washing, driveway cleaning, gutter cleaning, window washing, parking lot cleaning, parking lot striping, deck/fence cleaning & staining, and commercial cleaning (including gas stations, dumpster pads, and awnings).

2. Estimates & Scheduling

Estimates are free and valid for 30 days.

Scheduling is based on availability. Weather may affect service dates.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted forms: cash, check, or electronic payment.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

We reserve the right to charge a fee for last-minute cancellations.

5. Liability & Safety

We use industry-standard methods to protect your property.

A1 Pressure Washing & Parking Lot Striping is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues worsened by cleaning (e.g., loose siding, aged shingles, cracked concrete).

6. Residential vs. Commercial

Both residential and commercial services are provided. Terms may differ based on scope, equipment, or chemical use.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
